How to start a return
- Email support@somnarisleep.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location
- Refund hits your card within 5 business days of receipt
Low-cost items (mouth tape, nasal dilator)
For products under $30, we typically issue a refund without requiring a physical return — keep the product, we'll send a new one or refund the order. Just email support@somnarisleep.com.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, used mouth tape and ingestible items can't be returned. Defective items are fully covered.
